- Once your order has been shipped from our end, cancellations are no longer possible.
- A crucial step for any refund or replacement is providing an unboxing video. Without this, we won't be able to assist you effectively.
- If you wish to return an item, please send an email to info@bigviolinshop.com with all the necessary details. We will inform you of your refund status via email after receiving and processing the returned item.
- Refunds cover the product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges, unless the product is damaged or defective. Any physically damaged products must be reported to Bigviolinshop within 2 days of delivery.
- The refund process commences once the package is back at our store in Kochi.
- The refund amount will be transferred in accordance with banking and payment gateway norms within five business days of receiving the returned shipment.
