I saw a lot of great ads for the Big Violin Shop on social media. The list of violin stalwarts who have visited and performed on premises speaks volumes about the business.
Unfortunately I was unable to go in person. I did order some violin accessories via phone. It was promptly couriered to me locally in chennai. When I had a problem installing the accessory, they went an extra mile by sending me an instructional video and a commitment to replace the piece if I still found it to be faulty.
I really appreciate this gesture and level of interaction for a relatively small purchase. Thankfully accessory seems fine. I look forward to trying some Maya violins on a future visit.

I recently visited "Bigviolishop," and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed. The shop itself is charming, with a warm and inviting atmosphere.
